Hamilton Nieh

Hamilton Nieh grew up in Hong Kong and received his dance training from Víctor Ullate in Madrid, Spain, and at the San Francisco Ballet School. Before joining Luna Negra Dance Theater, he danced professionally with the Alberta Ballet, Sacramento Ballet and Victor Ullate Ballet performing repertoire by Petipa, Balanchine, Béjart, Trey McIntyre and Septime Webre to name a few. Nieh has created roles in works by Kirk Peterson, Peter Quanz, Jean Grand Maître and Helen Pickett. This is Nieh’s first season with Luna Negra Dance Theater.
